Usage Directions
1. Preparation for Flushing:
- Reclaim refrigerant as required by EPA Regulations
- All flushing container (6 to 12 oz. based on component to be cleaned)
- Disconnect hoses from A/C components
- Flush the following components with air pressure as the propellant: hoses, condenser and evaporator
- DO NOT FLUSH COMPRESSOR, EXPANSION VALVE, FILTER/DRYER OR ACCUMULATOR
2. Flushing:
- Hold flushing nozzle into hose or component, and continue to flush until Flush & Clean flows freely & cleanly
- After a one-minute wait, run nitrogen or dried filtered air through the hose or component
- Vacuum the system for a minimum of 30 minutes to insure the evaporation of residual flush solution
- After completion, flushing material must be disposed of in accordance with state, local and federal laws regarding chemical disposal
