Usage Directions
1. Preparation for flushing
- Reclaim refrigerant as required by EPA regulations
- Disconnect hoses from A/C components
- System is now ready to be flushed using Power Clean & Flush™
- Flush the following components: hoses, condenser, evaporator
- Do not flush compressor, expansion valve, filter drier or accumulator
2. Flushing
- Hold flushing nozzle into hose or component, and continue to flush until Power Clean & Flush™ flows freely and cleanly from outlet into waste container
- After a one-minute wait, run nitrogen or dried, filtered air through component once more and continue to flush until clean
- Vacuum this A/C system for a minimum of 30 minutes to ensure the evaporation of residual flush solutions
